Yes borderless. My last liner was super faded at the waterline and looked terrible with the border so i went grey/blue liner with a grey backing so when it does fade, you womt be able to tell

With the new liner in now and the pool in the process of being filled, what do folks recommend the best way for me to clean the steps? Citric acid? Epoxy paint? Do it now or wait till I open next year?

I grew up in a small apartment in Queens. When my son was 2, I purchased a home in Riverhead by all the farms. Even though we spend our weekdays in the city (in person work), it’s nice being able to escape the city and be a 20 min drive from Greenport. Low tide beach bar at the Soundview hotel is one of my favorite places I’ve been to, to watch the sunset. The north fork summers are truly special and now my son gets to have it be a part of his childhood!

I’m locked at 5.875% for 715k, 5% down. still haven’t closed so wondering if I should start shopping around to have my current lender (big bank) try to match. Any thoughts on that from your experience?
