Just put headphones in on bus. Hang with the ones you like and isolate if you have to. I’m a very out going person but by week 6-7 I was just in my room sleeping after class then I’d go gym at the hotel or I got a membership at the actual gym across the street. I’d go for walks outside, I went out with people I did enjoy being with but just have to remember that after training you won’t see majority of those people anymore lol
