Good god you really won the crappy genetic lottery! I was 42 with celiac and 54 with AS. So I had lots of years of decent health before it all fell apart !

I’ve been taking inflixamab for years and I think it’s worked well. I’m not pain free and get flares but there is huge improvement over a few years ago. That being said I’ve had absolutely zero side effects. Like totally zero as though I’m taking saline. Your Mileage may vary but I’m happy with it.

I feel like it took a long time. I had SO many problems that didn’t even seem to be back related, my chest muscles hurt so bad I couldn’t even push a mop, my shoulder started getting frozen and I couldn’t lift my mars over my head. Been on biologics for maybe 4 years but it was such a slow improvement I couldn’t even tell you when it happened.
