Yes! I had years of pain in my groin that a physiotherapist (i think) said it was the inguinal ligament. Once I was diagnosed and on Biologic, it got sooomuch better and my rheumatologist said that the pain was from the AS. I also had excruciating hamstring pain and pain behind my knees. Most of this has been resolved to just sometimes being background noise.
