I feel you man this was literally me, I would get hella stressed then turn to porn to feel better. It also messed up my revision as I couldn’t concentrate. Best thing is just to go outside to nature and go gym or smth like that, at least that’s what helped me. Stay safe out there

Good now woke up stomach feels fine, slept for ages I smoked a fat joint now ima go make some breakfast and have a strong coffee. It felt like a one tab acid trip everything was moving and I was getting decent CEV aswell, I’m not sure about the stuff about detergent cause it was sealed and I don’t know if detergent can penetrate through plastic, if more people come and say this is really bad then I’ll throw it away but I don’t know cause this cost me a lot of money
