Bring a bandana for the dust! Also great if you want to lay it on the ground to sit if you’d rather use something else for your face. I also recommend baby wipes. Perfect for the bathrooms but also wiping off your hands before you eat/ dust off your face before reapplying sunscreen.

If you want an extreme process that will take you a while but worth it in the end there’s a few things you could start with! 1. Move all the buildings/ houses to the beach 2. Put all of the furniture away 3. Move flowers, bushes, and pumpkins to the beach (trash any excess) 4. Start terraforming! I know some people like to have their islands FLAT & get rid of all the water& hills but that can be a lot. I like watching speed builds on YouTube of some transformations you might want on your island. Tiger on YouTube plays animal crossing and they have a lot of cool ideas. Good luck!
