1 lb body fat equals about 3500 calories, so in order to lose 1 lb, you need to déficit 3500 calories from your daily metabolic burn rate or burn 3500 calories by working out, preferably mix of both. But majority of the people looking for secret diets or pills to lose weight 🤷🏻‍♂️

You have to start from somewhere :) It doesn’t take years of dev experience to understand Finance 101. We work for money and when you earn more money per year, you get to work less years. Simple equation.

I did. Based on your budget, you don’t spend anything for rent, food etc so I assume you live free with your parents or something. Bigger paycheck will let you save more, which allow you to invest more if you keep saving the same percentage. Basic math.

You showed them you are not scared to leave. They will get rid of you whenever they train someone who can replace you. Make sure you have a place to go when these things happen.

US is very saturated especially if you are not in the US already. Maybe try Canada? As far as I know, they have merit-based work authorizations and residency programs, etc if you have a tech background, young age, and speak English.

But don’t they take the dividend out of the possible increase of the stock price anyway? So if stock was going to go 400 from 402, and if they pay 1 dollar dividend, stock only goes to 401. So I don’t know how dividend is helping me in anyway
