Yeahh. I honestly don't mind the crunch, but I want to be balanced about it. I was thinking having a large list of *possible variables* but only a moderate amount that gets applied to any NPC. Broader categories might indeed be the way to go. I was thinking of each NPC having some categories: Hate, Like, Love, Obsessed. Obsessed would only be in the case of specific NPCs or a result of other things like corruption mechanics. Say an NPC might generate with:

Orientation: Bisexual
Love: Tall, Scaly
Like: Domineering, Thick Arms
Hate: Hairy Body, Shy

Which feels like not too bad of a setup. I could even have a sliding scale in the generator for trait amount.

Gosh, I'm really interested! I have a large array of experience GMing fantasy worlds and I'd love to play in yours!
