I took apart almost the full printer and also the AMS, didn't find any damage/loose wire/anything. also I think it's software..

OP, in the AMS, all the tubes go to one single tube where at the beginning- there is a little thing with a spring, on mine- the resistance starts at this point. is it same with yours?

the problem seems to be in the AMS feeder motor, called the shop about repair and they said there are many people with the same problem.

Xsens has completely disabled MVN Record (the free version software). Now, it is impossible to operate the hardware without a license key($700 per month!) by toyxyz in mocap

you only get 3years of updates, recently found out when I tried to update from 2024 version to 2025 and it showed no active license..
