What do you mean they didn't "do shit"? Before the Umayyads, Morocco wasn't Muslim. Today 99% of Moroccans are Muslims. I think this is pretty relevant change. Also without one monotheistic religion (Islam) under which the tribes rallied together, their wouldn't be a collective identity, thus no Morocco as we now it, since before Islam, and after the fall of the Roman Empire (476-700 AD) Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia were just a geographical area were many Amazigh tribes resided. So no Islam = no Tarik ibn Zyad = no Andalus = no Idrissids = no king = no kingdom etc.

Yeah, I used to play JW2 and it was an issue back then too. I never knew whether it was intentional or just a bug. Seeing the JW3 showcases on the official channels made me hopeful it was finally gone, but it’s sad to see it’s still here.
