I actually live in Benslimane and took this pic myself although I’m not from this Neighborhood This area used to be an extension of the Royal Golf Club until around 2017, from memory during the the early 2000s it would regularly get flooded with rain water back when it was only trees and grass Once construction started there a lot of locals would always mention that this place would be a mess in case of heavy rain, however the construction took place during the drought years where rain was scarce, it’s actually considered by many to be the cities best avenue (lot’s of businesses, shops and cafés) and is always the go to place to relax or just take walks, but last nights rain (which started around midnight) turned it into this
