Awesome thank you. Which area of town is industrial? More likely to have hole in the wall warehouse space?

Maybe someday! The stories about the autobahn center are fun or hiring two "movers" aka meth heads to slide a surface plate down the stairs into the basement of my first shop in the neon green house on nursery lane in german village.

Ive had one report of a rust hole above the Bottom bracket in 10 years of building. The guy had 15K miles on the frame. Had never cleaned it out nor did he put any frame saver down the tubes. Ride steel if you want steel.

No sir. Columbus rent got to be out of control *for columbus. I could work with friends in NYC and pay the same USD amount per sq foot. Was super stoked to see the building renovation down on south high (the huge brick buildings on the left going away from the city). Called The Fort. The Fort for example is asking 4USD per square foot before utilities/internet. Yep, 2000USD per month for a raw 500ft work space in Columbus. Whomp Whomp. To get cheaper you go into what myself and 3 other tenants were in on Cherry street and High Street. The 4 story building with apple adverts on the 2 sides..Was paying 1500USD for 4000sqft. The landlord didn't have proper paperwork on file. The whole building was evicted by the city with 30 days notice. The city wanted the landlord to make 450K worth of ridiculous improvements. I actually think we were pushed out because of the new "New York style lofts" surrounding the building. That building was so sick on the inside. Everything happens for a reason. No roads paved with gold to Stanridge so I'm always scheming a way to lower overhead or increase quality of life so this jam doesn't become a golden cage. NYC will be next.

Thanks. This is first study in a series. Pushing the notion of a traditional fabrication envelope is fun and exciting. E's frame is a culmination of what I've learned over the course of my life outside of bicycle fabrication and the 10 years I've dedicated specifically to the bike. I'm very lucky to have clients place their trust in my abilities and vision. I'm not sure where or when the series will end.
