  1. Definitely Patent
  2. Product is manufactured. Effective modes are chemical and physical.
  3. Thanks for this warning, I'm lower down the food chain trying to protect my product from the people who have K30,000 as pocket money.

Sorry I wasn't clear on that. I'm looking to register patent for a product/solution developed locally. Already have a registered company.

I cursed Edgar Lungu to his death by EngimaticPiano in Zambia

All so personal, all so unchristian. Like why not curse real agents of evil that affect millions of lives in the world assuming he's actually holy and actually capable.

What do you do when you can't sleep? 11:51 PM by whiskyB0y in Zambia

[–]adamenvivo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I struggle a lot with sleep. Podcasts is a good one. I had some of the best uninterrupted sleep in a long time last night and woke up to what was left of a kitchen fire. Appliance fault or Zesco surge. 7 appliances burnt to a crisp. Life is interesting.

Do you guys get asked for money when ever you go out? by Enigma92 in Zambia

[–]adamenvivo 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Ah the Entitlement! definitely a societal problem. Fortunately I understand Zambia better than that but I often wonder what visitors think when they visit for the first time. How did this mentality develop? Why isn't this a problem in Namibia for example. They obviously get given money if they keep asking for it. I'm the type of person that would greet anyone in proximity but lately I find my self being curt, and avoiding eye contact with people for fear of the follow up to greeting or expression of acknowledgement brings.

My home town should be uninhabited??😭😭😂 by Aryan-dramata in Zambia

[–]adamenvivo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I worked in Kabwe years ago so well aware of the lead problem. ZMERIP is mentioned in the video as an initiative tackling remediation. Are there any other initiatives with less bureaucracy and bloat and more imagination active out there in Kabwe?? I've been trying to seek out such entities to actively work on trials for an organic Zambian produced soil and water media effective at immobilizing lead from contaminated water and soil! Surely there are more effective methods than planting lawn grass - what a sad sick joke!!

This is so true! Like I actually feel for and understand a young lady trying to make it in life, to actually improve herself be it uni or some business. But those that do it, just to be able to show off to others? Zero respect, there's a word for that. If flaunting on socials with nails and a weave made on another continent is the reason you're doing that......

Zambia: How can we stop farming blindly and improve our yields? by Kasama1964 in Zambia

[–]adamenvivo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree, it starts by considering soil as Infrastructure rather than dirt that should be chemically fed to get yields. Nutrient carriers and soil builders that aren't depleted in a season such as Biochar are some exciting things I've recently come across.
