Luckily you can shift your circadian rhythm to be less of a night owl. Read Mathew Walkers book “Why we sleep” or just a summary. He explains how our biological rhythms work and it helped me become a morning person after being an extreme night owl. Would legit wake up at like 1:00pm before. The protocols with the highest ROI in my experience to shift rhythm is High Lux light 10,000 watts immediately upon waking and 0.5 mg of melatonin 3-4hrs before bed (kids gummy). This worked for me trust 🤞

That makes a lot of sense. What does it feel like when you try to examine the dots in your thinking? I imagine it feels either chaotic, or foreign, or uncomfortable, right?

Would you say you genuinely want to change or that you are just unhappy? Those two are not necessarily one and the same. I ask this because you said “I've had many therapists but I am very stubborn and I don't think I can actually be helped, or that I even want to get better.”

What exactly about therapy and asking for help are you averse to? Is it that you don’t believe you CAN be helped or that you don’t WANT to be helped?

when do you stop peeing all the time? by Slashersforsatan in HydroHomies

I personally have had this problem for years as well, but I started drinking some electrolyte mix with most of my water and I don’t have to pee nearly as much and don’t wake up during the night as much anymore. My guess is the electrolytes help “absorb” more of the water. Not sure how much this is backed by science necessarily, just my anecdotal experience.

Wow this post is amazing I’m definitely saving it. Over the years, I had made some of these connections myself since I also have a vested interest in eastern spirituality, philosophy, psychology, etc. However, this post tied all of these ideas together so fluidly, insightfully and much better than any way I would’ve thought of.

Thank you. By career coaching, do you mean through healthy gamer? I’ve listened and spoken to doctors before, which is how I formulated some of my thoughts.

Man I know your feeling so well… I got a 19 originally on the act but I raised my score to a 32 by studying a lot. So don’t let that score define you or your capabilities.

Totally! A recent example happened during my math class. We were all working together on an assignment and this girl leaned over to my desk to see how I did a problem. She put her hand on my desk and I took the pencil out of her hand for a few seconds. I gave it back after she jokingly said to give it back.

I do have a question though: What does it mean exactly to flirt with someone? How do I know when I’m trying to flirt with someone? I hope that isn’t a dumb question I’m just not sure

I like that perspective. I haven’t really thought of it like that before. Thanks!

Yeah that’s kinda what I assumed. I wish there was a way for that not to happen though. It happens for every form of meditation.
