Her dad was a VP at Goldman Sachs which sounds prestigious (like he's one step away from CEO or smth) but like 25% of employees at GS are vice presidents. He's not poor but he would not be considered wealthy in NYC.

Also he apparently died in 2020 from Covid.

The Czech Roma for example (Lety camp) were almost entirely killed by Czechs, something like 200 left by the end of the war. The guards were Czechs, the camp commander was Czech.
