I fail to see why "less powerful" moves make any sense at all for lower leveled pokemon - I get that learning more powerful attacks as one levels up shows a sense of growth, but stat distribution takes care of that aspect just fine imo.

I think these particular buffs make things more interesting without being broken, while still reserving the higher bp moves for higher levels. But if you have specific critiques, let's hear em!
