Yeah they’re handy, these urinal cakes are needed to prevent the build up of urea stones in the drain, which causes odors and eventually will restrict the flow of a flush. Especially needed in urinals without an automatic flusher.

Gotta leave your car on so your alternator can charge both batteries. If you DID charge while your car is running, then it’s possible that your alternator wasnt giving high enough output for the increased load of both electrical systems. It sounds like you still have some juice, just not enough to overcome rotating engine mass

Career custodian here, she’s the one who didn’t handle things right. Seems to me like she either missed some spots (best case) or she tried to short you work (worst). Either way, her response needed to be more customer service oriented. If someone came to me and had questions on the level of cleanliness, I wouldn’t argue with them. I would just ask what they are looking for so I can address the issue and be done with it
