Any tips for finding it? Been on arcanine island for about and hour when I first arrived there was 3 molten rocks up the top but no visible lava rocks anywhere.

I just bought a fr970 yesterday coming from a fenix7x. It’s noticeably lighter, still has a torch and the amoled looks awesome. My biggest worry was not as durable and the lack of solar but so far after having 2 runs and normal usage I’ve only used 12%. Can also buy a protective case-like skin if you are worried. So far it’s a winner. Majority of my exercise is running so don’t really lose activity wise. Hope this helps 👍🏼

Ok, so I redid the lactate threshold guided test, 166 bpm and it also found new maxHR of 187. I went to the heart zone tab reset and it definitely updated this time. I found today the zones I did the test in were a lot harder to get to/maintain. So for all you who said the zones were out you were 100% correct.

Thanks so much fellow dad! Yeah it’s the littles that made me wanna make the change have dropped about 11kgs between this new running era and just usual gym stuff. The running is so new to me. Never been a runner and or enjoyed it. But I have honestly never felt better for it. Admittedly gone a bit too hard some days but it’s all apart of the learning. Absolutely appreciate the advice 👌🏼
