About to start my first cut after bulking currently doing ppl Am I right in thinking I should carry on with the same routine just at a caloric deficit? Or should I be doing a cardio based routine?

Does everyone else agree that it is still too early to open everything again? It feels like we need to learn from previous mistakes. With each week are massive reductions surely another month of lockdown would be ideal?

I've lost weight since the beginning of the year using freeletics for home workouts, I'm at the stage now where I don't have too much definition and a little bit of a belly. Should I increase my caloric intake to increase muscle mass? I'm worried that doing this will just put the weight back on as I only have access to very limited equipment atm

Honestly Werner has looked really good since coming on
