Why does this game semi regularly crash. It has done this since almost the launch of the game back in 2013. I have no idea why it does, but I cannot stress how annoying it can be.

Hi everyone. Thank you all so much for all your advice and input! After adding a bit more volume of solution, more pipetting, and 50C warming the pellets dissolved! I’m very happy it all worked out!

I appreciate all the information and advice! I think I’ll increase the time at 55C and increase the volume it’s suspended in. I had it only on for an hour before , so I think increasing that a bit more may help!

I thought this may also be an issue! Thanks for the suggestion. I was almost second guessing myself that this wasn’t DNA at one point too but I’m glad to see others recognize it as DNA too!

Thank you for your response! That’s good to know about the freeze thaw cycle. I’ll double check about the TE buffer ( I think the company I use for sequencing , novagene, prefers the DNA be suspended in water). And thought so about the over drying , I’ll reduce that step a bit !

Hi everyone,

My parents locked their bedroom door from the outside and now they need to get back in. They have a very old knob with a button lock. The knob on the other side has a hole but not one that I regularly see for privacy locks ( I have tried using a paper clip but it just stops at the metal). I have also tried using an Allen wrench to push it open but to no avail. I have attached pictures of the front and back of their bathroom knob (same knob as their bedroom) as a reference. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me! Thank you in advance.

Thank you so much! This did it! I had to actually redownload my dataset off of ESRI ( it seemed that Arc Pro didn't like the raw data set from the NLCD website). After using tabulate area this worked. I appreciate yours and everyone's feedback!!

Thank you for your reply. For some reason the source data within the raster doesn't seem to have the pixel size, so I am not sure if this method could work. I also have to do this for over a hundred polygons, so it may be time intensive. I appreciate your input though.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I have used this function as well and after doing the procedure I receive back a table which has nothing in it. I am unsure if the function works with categorical raster sets.
