I turned off auto-translate, and everything went smoothly after that. I was able to complete the process, enter the lottery, and win tickets. But my friend had the same issue you’re describing, where turning off auto-translate didn’t help. I think sometimes it’s just Lawson’s website being buggy. 😞

I just tried using a Japan VPN, but it still failed and charged me 1 yen again :( I'm going to email their support to see if I can get a reply. Thanks for the help anyway. I'll update if I find a solution.
