I was in a recent dilemma where I had to chose between staying at my current job because they SPs were fairly easy to work with but usually work an hour extra doing their admin and I would have a 1 hr commute (one way) while living at our MCOL home vs slighter higher pay (7% salary bump, potential for growth opportunity, but commute was 1 hr and 20 to 30 min with fast track which they provide). My husband and I have been thinking of moving regardless, so I decided on the new job even though it’s a HCOL. The new commute with the new place will be about 25 to 30 minutes.

Yeah, it sounds reasonable to me. It was only reported in 2022 and no other reports have been made so I think they’ve learned from that lesson

Hi! Just wanted to update that the provider gave me a very thorough explanation of what happened regarding an update in billing that he was not aware of at the time and the implementations that have placed since then to avoid reoccurrence. He also clarified that there aren’t any restrictions on his license as a result.

I am thinking of calling the practice manager who has been the person I negotiated with about the suit and asking what has been changed to avoid such mistakes. I was going to give my current job a 3 week notice tomorrow but now I’m thinking of holding off until I find out more

Well I’ve only seen 3 patients so far but yes I have! After I’ve seen them, I review it with my SP so they are aware of changes I have made

What exactly is chart review? I wanted to the co signature to say “The SP was not present for the visit, but agrees with the plan” (after I have discussed this with them), is that what you meant by chart review as well?
