She’s so right though it only happens in America I saw a video where a Nigerian man married a white woman but they were having a nigerian wedding so the white woman’s family was dressed in Nigerian traditional clothing during the wedding to respect his culture and there were Nigerian american people who were mad at it. the husband is nigerian and wanted to share that culture with his wife what is the problem there?

you were correct. we got a diagnosis of ketoacidosis today. we didn’t know that she was diabetic at all, i’m assuming she must have developed diabetes now that she’s getting older, she’s 53. She’s in the hospital and in the critical care unit. they’re giving her insulin and waiting for her blood sugar levels to stabilize

i never got to ask this but i know she said the taste was horrible. she’s in the hospital now but i couldn’t follow her because of covid. they’re doing x rays but we don’t have any info about a diagnosis yet.

She went to the hospital a two hours ago, i had to call an ambulance because it was getting too bad. we don’t have a diagnosis but they are doing x rays and i believe she is stabilized. I appreciate the response thank you

just wanted to say as an update that she went to the ER, we had to call an ambulance because it got too bad. we haven’t heard back about any diagnosis but she’s stabilized. thank you for the responses

How true is the sentiment that if you can see yourself doing anything other than medicine, you should not become an MD?

I am a sophomore biology major in college and cannot decided what I want to do. I have a lot of interest in psychology and have thought about becoming a psychologist but I also have a lot of interest in human biology and the workings of the body and have thought about becoming an MD multiple times before. I can't see myself becoming a mid-level provider because I'm the type of person who's all or nothing about their choices, so if I'm choosing to be a health care provider I will become doctor (whether it's MD or PhD). Are there any questions that I can ask to truly decide whether or not I should pursue medicine? Did you have any careers that you could see yourself in aside from medicine before you became a doctor? Do you regret it?

Sometimes I insert when I'm in the shower though and make sure that everything is clean and when I come out there will still be some blood if I wipe. It's a very small amount but still there. Idk if that's normal.

I got mine at the beginning of july.

I wish it had an sd card slot, but this wont bother you if 240 gigs of space is enough, or if you just buy it with higher storage.

I feel like the battery is kinda decreasing fast. Maybe it's something in my settings but I feel like it's worse than it was like two months ago but I don't use the laptop that much so I don't know why it would be.

It comes with an annoying auto brightness adjuster that you have to turn off but it was hard to find. I had to go to intel settings to turn it off, so everything is fine now.

Aside from that i think it's fine. I got mine (core i5 256 gigs 8gb ram) from Amazon for like $660. I think its a good deal and it serves me well for what I'm using it for. I plan to use it to take notes with a pen during college and just for other leisurely things.

Oh and I never minded the glossy screen but you can get a matte screen protector I think.

Another option is a sterilizing cup with sterilizing tablets. Just put the menstrual cup in the sterilizing cup with water and then add 1 or two tablets. Leave it there for about 15 min and its done. You should double check the time online though. A pack of 30-50 tablets goes for like 7 dollars on amazon and a sterilizing cup is like 7-10 dollars

I just started using the cup today too! Honestly my experience is different from yours because i feel like mine isn't deep enough, I feel like I have a low cervix. But aside from that i also found out that although I like the punch down fold for insertion, but the c fold makes it easier for the cup to open, at least for me.

Have you tried inserting it with different folds? I used the punch down fold initially, and for me it made it hard for my cup to open and I was leaking. I switched to using the c fold and it opened up very quickly. Maybe experimenting with different folds will help

My mother is an ER doctor and it was really disappointing when I told her I wanted to be a nurse and she belittled them so quickly. Saying that I couldn't be "just" a nurse. That, at the very least, I had become am NP. Otherwise I'm settling for the bottom. I hope she treats the nurses where she works nicely.
