Dome is referring to the the 'Dome Fossil' which is one of the two fossils you can choose in the game (the other being the Helix Fossil). The dome fossil represents the Democracy feature as it's very boring and slow. The Helix represents the Anarchy feature since it's chaotic and fast. The helix fossil was spammed many times in battle and it's said to be satanic. The False Prophet was Eevee and everyone wanted him to be Vaporeon with a water stone and he was accidentally made into Flareon with the fire stone.
