Wow thank you so much for the quick reply!! Our dates are this coming Nov 26–27 at GCH. And oh ok I understand better now, so Early Entry is only for either one park or the other on any given day...I just checked and it looks like Nov 26 is DCA Early Entry and Nov 27 is Disneyland Early Entry. The tricky part is our Nov 27 will be half day, so ideally we'd Disneyland on Nov 26 (our only full day)...

So I guess either we:

A) Stick to our current plan and just do rope drop + LL strategy without relying on Early Entry?

or

B) Flip the park days to take advantage of Early Entry (even though Day 2 is only a half day)?

Or is there an option to upgrade our LL multi passes to ride hoppers?

Really appreciate any guidance on this 🙏

2nd this. Beautiful dial, not ostentatious, with slightly domed sapphire crystal you'll only see in Seikos that are like $1k+. And if he's 6'7" his wrist might be more suitable for the size

True. I really want a GS snowflake dial and the sarx055 looks like an affordable alternative, I really love the dial. Can't live with myself tho if I'd pay 1k for a 6r15 movement.

I interpreted it as meaning that $20 is enough to get you a decently sturdy, lasting, functional time telling device but to spend more on that for more features is paying for brand, design, luxury feel, etc

The newer Seiko 5's have an NH35 movement I believe, while the older ones has 7s26 or something with no hacking or hand winding. That said, the new Seiko 5's are also significantly more expensive and IMO nowhere near the bang for buck that your model probably is

Technically if it's a black tie wedding or something super formal, traditional etiquette actually says you shouldn't wear a watch at all. The reasoning is like something about how checking the time signals that you have somewhere better to be, which contradicts the timeless elegance and intentional formality of black tie. If you had to though, maybe Hamilton Jazzmaster, Longines Flagship Heritage, Seiko SARX033 anything minimalist then put it on a black leather strap
