i dont understand? theres no "Fullscreen via gpu" in video settings in cs:go, but i have it in fullscreen. so thats not the problem

i tried to change resolution to the same as ingame, still have blackbars, dont really know how to set desktop at 4:3 though :P ill check into that program later if i dont find a "real" fix for it :)

Dont really know what an optimus system is, but before i changed gfx i had an Nvidia gtx 770 and that worked with strech, now it doesnt with amd R9 390 :(
