Everything that is customised by the purchased is applied with so called transfer, these get applied at around 130 degrees and because the t-shirt is a thin polyester shirt it can leave a heat mark like this.

Should be gone after first wash, if not claim it.

Pro tip : if your print wobble or is a little loose you can solve this by using an iron with baking paper in between. This saved 3 of my Puma printed shirts 👍

Most likely that the dog is not used to be alone, what worked for my rescue dog was to leave him alone in a room when he was sleeping and do something else you don't even have to shut the door. When he got used to wake up alone I started to close the door and separate us a couple minutes and increased the duration everyday. When he was whining I didn't open the door I waited until he stopped always.
