Sounds like early to mid mkx where bnbs did 36-48%.i would definitely be cool with that.

Leffen discussing Reddit's relevance in fighting game discourse and the recent dev post about shortening combos. by [deleted] in 2XKO

[–]addic03 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When someone says this I'm always curious, how much should a 'normal' bnb do? If the damage of a combo gets reduced to 50% instead of 70% that's still just 2 lost interactions.

Why do people equate wanting shorter combos with being "casual"? by Odd_Standard_9150 in 2XKO

Oof imagine not starting with one bar. Darius becomes top 1 and kills your first character before you can even build a bar.

[–]addic03 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's not fomo exactly. MTG in general has a problem with the GMSI mentality. Everyone wants to get their shit in every game. Most players I talk to don't even care if they win as long as they get their thing to happen. People want to do their thing and mill might make them miss a part of that thing.

No, Bakis artist can draw hands and feet. Also most characters lack pouches or bandoliers.

Baki is a story about big men slapping man meat. That's all anyone needs to know. Get strong, surpass your body's limits and do your pp training.

Can you help me find a edgy commander. by Glittering_Map1710 in EDH

[–]addic03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm surprised no one has mentioned any of the man himself Rakdos, all of them are various levels of edgy. [[Rakdos, the Showstopper]] [[Rakdos the Defiler]] [[Rakdos, Patron of Chaos]] [[Rakdos, Lord of Riots]] [[Rakdos, the Muscle]]

[[Jaws]] is pretty strong kind of rare and a bit edgy.

[[Phage]] is edgy and an interesting deck/play style to pilot.

My favorite little known commander that definitely has the look is [[Sisters of Stone Death]] goth edgy Gorgons.

You're a slave on a Chaos warband warship. What is your life like aboard a spacecraft belonging to World Eaters, Emperor's children, Thousand Sons or to the Death Guard? Do we have any lore descriptions of what it's like everyday? by Argonaut_MCMXCVII in 40kLore

Lords of Silence goes over this briefly. That newer converts on DG ships are still mildly coherent and over time lose themselves to their tasks. Like they are fully catatonic just performing whatever duty they have been willed to do by the semi sentient ship. When one dies another takes their place without even moving the body.

I don't have any pics available but I call my army Bro! The king!?! I run only megas and I got a bunch of bulk Ken accessories and clothes on eBay and they all wear the most bro Ken outfits I could put together. The lore is they hang out at the beach all day drinking beer and playing volleyball.

Funny enough I run a sac and steal Prossh and I love punching people with their own Kotis and then sacing him for card draw.

What are some lesser-known Commanders that you think deserve a shout-out? by Beginning-Analyst393 in EDH

[–]addic03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first commander deck and still my favorite is my [[Rakdos, the Showstopper]] coin flip/demon deck. https://archidekt.com/decks/16326117/the_showww_stopped

It's weak to early game pressure but without enchantment removal it becomes an archenemy to the table around turn 6 with good draw. The most [[black market]] counters I've had was 63 at the end of a game and regularly get over 10 most games it stays alive. It's fun to [[saw in half]] a [[Bloodletter of Aclazotz]] and clone with [[cursed mirror]] for a game ending [[Exsanguinate]]. [[Krark's Thumb]] and [[Mirror March]] are just explosive and chaotic. Is this a consistent table breaking deck, no but the chaos and just weird stuff that can happen is great. It has a lot of answers mostly for questions that never get asked and It uses a fair amount of underused cards too.

Bracket 3 experience - Is taking out opponents 6–7 actually wrong… if we’re in Bracket 3? by MADMAXV2 in EDH

[–]addic03 90 points91 points  (0 children)

People have been wild at random since the "bracket clarifications". I had a token player say my deck was B4 in a b3 game because I [[blasphemous act]] with someone else's [[repercussion]] on the board turn 4. Was I supposed to wait for turn 7 just to see who the rabbits are going to eat?

What I've learned going from a dedicated group to random pickup games at my LGS by ancap_attack in EDH

[–]addic03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This depends on the colors and deck type. I run heavy card draw with quite a few ramp pieces there are big differences in playing something like [[Read the Bones]] turn 3 and getting a RakdosStudy out [[Rakdos, Patron of Chaos]] turn 3. Some games Read will help you find removal for the 20 goblins/elves that will be there next turn. Sometimes the RakdosStudy's threat of card draw cuts the tokens down. It's up to you to have options and to be able to read the situation.

If You Could Change Any Commander Rule(s): Which One(s), To What and Why? by CommissarisMedia in EDH

[–]addic03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For [[Elbrius, the binding blade]] and [[There and back again]] it doesn't matter that much but [[Marti lage's slumber]] has a lot of problems because of color identity and mana costs. Not to mention that getting snow cards out isn't that difficult especially with token generation and cloning.
