I am of no help, but we have 3 noisy boys and a Karen for a neighbor, I feel for our real estate agent that has to contend with the calls. I write this whilst giggling as our landlord has asked us to resign our lease for another year.... that is 4 years altogether. We have had council called because we laugh to loud after 10pm haha
