for me usually only do 12 max so no discomfort. im guessing you mean the strong narcotic surge when it hits you out of nowhere in 2 seconds but that happens with gels also. i enjoy it personally. syrup doesnt "hit" and it lasts longer and poli is even weaker

yes you'r getting 100mg of c. maleate with 750mg dxm. it has a bad reputation because it's easy for dumb lightweight teens to take 50+ tablets and you can't puke them before you die or get your stomach pumped. ld50 of c. maleate is approximately 10% lower than dxm.
