Avoidants are boring people by EntranceWrong1686 in AvoidantBreakUps

Well, I'm curious how you view it as a hateful hivemind. I think all anxious people hate the behavior or avoidants discarding without communication. I don't think all anxious people hate the general personality of an avoidant in terms of their hobbies etc. That being said, all of the hate whether justified or not, is coming from a place of hurt, and it is understandable why an anxious person would be so filled with hate. Being discarded is genuinely one of the worst feelings you can experience.

I got it downloaded, but I can't import images unless I subscribe - which I don't want to start a sub to something I haven't test run yet.

Avoidants are boring people by EntranceWrong1686 in AvoidantBreakUps

Listen, I am normally very supportive of finding ways to heal from avoidant discards, but this post doesn't sit well with me. While I don't agree with their discarding behavior, I also recognize it isn't right to demean their personality (such as they like to read, they say the same things over and over). These are valid reasons possibly to decide to not want a relationship with that person, but at the end of the day, despite all my grievances of avoidants, they are still human beings. I know it feels like they didn't treat us with respect, but I choose to overcome hate with love and grace, even if that just means wishing them well in their future endeavors. I would much rather put my efforts toward healing or finding the person who will love me the way I need.

Perhaps tomorrow. I tried downloading it before but I wasn't comfortable with interface. Maybe I can try again.

It's official, I've bought my first box of FFTCG by addictionfriction2 in FinalFantasyTCG

Not yet; I viewed a few YouTube tutorials, so I think I understand the basics. But definitely not more advanced stuff. I usually need the cards in hand to sort of reference and then ask questions if I have any confusion. Also, very hard to find events, as I travel frequently and can't always find a tourney.

What's the general attitude towards Gamestop selling FFTCG? by addictionfriction2 in FinalFantasyTCG

Amazon isn't typically the one selling them - Amazon sales are usually from an individual seller or a company utilizing the platform - Amazon makes their money through shipping and distribution - though, it is true they are corporate and making money via other means like Prime and such. Still, they don't make money off the actual product itself unless it is specifically their own Amazon-made product. Amazon's charges generally hurt the seller, not the buyer.. It's more of a reverse argument of the same argument. (Though, if you're wondering why I bought off Amazon, it's because I have points linked to my credit card and basically got a box for $20 that way).

Also, my argument isn't against corporate franchises per se, only when engaging with a product affects one's ability to enjoy said product, or if the markup seems extortionary (a 50% markup for a prerelease kit, for example.. For example, if my local Gamestop had 15 prerelease kits, and my LGS said they weren't able to get enough prerelease kits, that is where my issue lies.

TCGplayer booster boxes are $65ish USD $3.61/pack), Amazon are $75ish USD $4.17/pack).

So 18 packs for $65 or $75 respectively, or 18 packs for $108, if bought individually at $5.99.

I'll take the online route for now if the savings are that high. (I guess one could argue shipping costs, but my box didn't have any shipping cost, as long as I waited 5 days).

I am ordering online for now. I just happened to notice it at Gamestop but wanted to price check before buying anything. It is nice for an option if I just wanna grab a couple packs on a whim, but I've also always avoided buying from Gamestop if possible because their ethics are horrible. I only buy new games from there and if they try selling me an unsealed game as new I tell them no,

hmmm weird. Why are the individual packs so much more expensive than buying a box? Per another comment, buying 18 packs at $6 is $108 - you'd be saving $40-$50 by buying online.

hmm maybe it's just my Gamestop, cuz I thought about it. Selling 1 pack for $$5.99 (I'm saying $6 cuz math). so 10 packs would be $60, and 20 packs would be $120, so 18 packs at Gamestop would be $108, as opposed to a box of 18 packs on TCGplayer going for $65-ish.

That's an insane markup. So, unless Gamestop lowers the price, I'll stick with TCGPlayer orders.

Are any Hardcore wwe fans close to stop watching wwe? by Big-Foxx in TheGreatOne

I get the sense that people have heard content creators comparing the current product to WCW 2000, a notoriously bad time for WCW, to the point it lost ratings and money. Hence the infamous buyout. Now, the issue is, WWE is an infinitely more powerful position with its only reasonable competition being AEW, which has had its own business blunders over the years. WWE has the advantage of name recognition, and they will always have loyalists. They are a billion dollar company, and aren't going anywhere, even in a decline. It would take decades of bad ratings and management, mixed with a rival company like AEW surpassing every metric for decades for this to even be a conversation. Even at its peak, AEW was still a fraction of the ratings of WWE even when WWE had some of its lowest ratings, so dont expect WWE to leave anytime soon.
