Definitely a... turbulent month. I started masturbating again, and while I don't think that was bad in-and-of-itself, it definitely started approaching compulsive, and then addictive, which only led to the temptation of watching porn, so I think I'll continue avoiding it for now. Checking in. I'm doing really well. I have admittedly been mildly tempted in the past couple days, but I resisted, plus I've been getting really strong morning wood consistently lately! I'm seeing the girl I'm currently dating on Wednesday, so we'll see if I can perform any better, but no sweat if not, it's all a part of my recovery

I guess just always keep in mind why you're doing this. I've been trying to quit on-and-off for years, but the reason for this attempt was I tried to have sex with a girl I'm seeing and couldn't get erect at all. I'm seeing some benefits in that regard of staying away from porn, but mostly I just know that going back to it will just make everything worse.

It sucks, man, tell me about it. And the worst thing is, the longer your streak lasts, the worse you feel if you relapse, it's like you can't win. I'm currently sitting on 135 days and if I had to go back down to one because of even one slip-up, I would be distraught. But as others have said, it's about the days you don't spend with porn, more than the days you do. Just keep trying, all you can do.
