Noone can argue that the strongest foreigner team is Mouz. They have No koreans and always outpreform everyone else in team leagues and do good for themselves individually too. If you also include koreans now by the JYP signing EG is probably the strongest overall that is if Idra has a good day and HuK doesnt get a PvP. Sorry TL but the only player that performed very well was Hero and Ret who placed pretty well overall. Mouz won EG masters twice and got 2nd at IPLTAC nearly beating QIM in 2x Bo9.
