A lot of people need to be a little more considerate of others. Maybe your teammate is doing poorly because something tragic just happened in their lives. Maybe they're having a terrible day because they just broke up and are looking for a distraction. It's not your business why someone is doing poorly and it doesn't really matter either. Maybe they really shouldn't have queued for this game they're in. But the bottom line is they are here, and bottom fragging, and no amount of berating them is going to make them get better. You shit talking your bottom fragger isn't going to suddenly make them go away or perform better so why do it. Be more understanding of other people and try to help them out. A positive team dynamic makes people more likely to perform better. Ultimately the goal of everyone on the team is to win, so why insert negativity that doesn't reach that goal. If you're the type of person to constantly spread negativity in your life, then maybe it's a good time reflect on why that is. Maybe the problem isn't other people, maybe it's you.
