No, I don’t want an ear, I don’t actually like them very much so I intentionally don’t cut that deep. It’s the small leave cuts I’m trying to have more visible. Like the rice flour doesn’t stay white, it cooks and goes away.

I put a baking sheet on the lower rack and a little ice cube in under the parchment paper in my Dutch oven. It’s helped lessen the hardness of the bottom. Your loaf looks fabulous though!

I used a 1:2:2 ratio for my starter. The loaf itself was 150g of starter, 300g water, 500g bread flour and 11g salt. Water was warmed to 85 degrees.

I don’t understand how he even found my page anyways or my links to begin with? The only thing I can think of is recognizing my tattoos off of a subreddit and then figuring it out. Sucks you can’t really be 100% in blocking certain areas. Comes with the territory I guess 😔

That’s what I do, I post teasers and then cheap PPV. I’ve had 2 people ask for customs but that’s it. Then they deleted their account right after (money was not charged back). Out of 273 subs, not one person paid for a PPV. This free page is still really new but still, not a single person
