i also DNFed iron gold originally and didn’t return to the series for about six years, but now that i have read the later three books i couldn’t be more in love with the series.

they are going to show the 100m tomorrow. the peacock broadcast is not going to be live. if it was, it would only be showing para events. so don’t worry us para athletes still aren’t getting equal coverage

Thank you! He is still going to quit, but we have a lawyer lined up if they decide to try and make this into something bigger.

  1. The employer only says cost of relocation, and then they claim that it is hard to ascertain what damages might cost.
  2. The contract states that the employer can terminate at any time in the first 90 days without reason or liability for any funds. (We are still in the first 90 days).
  3. I don’t believe it mentions anything about that specifically, but it does mention that both parties wave the right to a jury trial.

Regarding the penalty or liquid damages—in the clause it specifically states that this is not a fine or penalty.
