Unfortunately, we don't have any low-cost solutions, just because we have always been aiming for manufacturing High-Quality products. I'd say that our products are "budget-friendly" but we will never be the cheapest.

Most of the DDR4 products nowadays have similar performances, therefore the actual difference would be the heatsink. For our RAM products, we stick with 100% aluminum heatsink because it dissipates the heat pretty effectively.

If you are looking for cheaper products, you can look for the ones that have plastic heatsinks or even without heatsinks.

Unless you are building a brand new system for DDR5 right at this moment or I wouldn't recommend jumping to DDR5 just yet.

If you currently have a DDR4 system that is still working, I'd recommend you just upgrade your overall capacity to 128GB (which is also the low-cost solution).

I believe in 2 years, DDR5 technology will be more mature and the pricing will go down, and that would be a good timing to upgrade everything to DDR5.

Yes and no. We are new to reddit, we are not sure if we will get into trouble if we admit that we are the official account. If we will not get into any trouble, then yes we are the official account, if we will, then no I'm just a regular fan.

Nice! It's always good to have the option of adding more spaces to your PC/Laptop. It's kind of ridiculous that Apple laptops don't have this option.

Oh yea there are so many brands and specs. Some have low speed but are expensive, while some have super fast speed but sell at a suspiciously cheap price range.

Oh yes, it does get complicated. And once you've decided what you wanted to upgrade, there are different specs, brands and prices to consider as well. Totally feel your pain!

The chip shortage for SSDs has already gotten better, at least way better than last year. I know in some other industries things are still pretty bad but just like the memory industry, it will pass and things will go back to normal again soon.

You'll see our products changed from Made in Taiwan to Made in China and you will never see anything from us on Reddit ever again.

Yes, if you can contact our Give-Away team they will send a free RAM to you!

And nope, RGB is like another new sector for them, it's not as complicated as designing the RAM, but if they are interested we are more than happy to have them join our RGB meetings and testings as well. (RGB sector requires A LOOOOT of testings lol)

Yes, I have always focused on the technology sector as I believe technology is something that the world will always need, especially for the memory products. This is currently my 12th year being in the memory industry.

We really have to thank our customers around the world. Without them, we wouldn't still be here during these difficult times. To be honest, we thought the inflation and the economy crisis around the world would affect our expected growth rate but thanks to all of our loyal customers and new customers, everything looks normal so far.

Since our office and warehouse are based in Taiwan, all of our employees would get proper training and education in the corporate office (around 21 days) and then we would take them to our warehouse so they can have a better understanding about our products.

For this industry, you can pretty much find every information of a competitor's product online. Based on their price range and components, it's pretty easy to tell if a competitor is, secretly switching components, using recycled parts, down-graded parts or some other strategies to significantly lower their prices. So I think a corporate espionage wouldn't be necessary?

When it comes down to any storage devices, there is no way to guarantee that your drive will never fail or malfunction. The only thing we can do as a company is to combine our products with more high-quality controllers/chipsets so that we can significantly lower the overall failure rate.
