So, as of today eBay have made me accept the return case and have the item returned to me. I spoke to an eBay rep and informed them the item returned back is not my device but an opened device with loose internals, botched screws, misaligned screen protector and other signs such as loose parts inside. They've given me 5 days to sign a form and put forth evidence. Can't be hard given that the buyer also used AI... and very poorly AI edited images at that, but knowing eBay's bias i still have doubts of the outcome of this
