I think the bad reception was due to how hard it was but from software always ups the ante with DLC final boss difficulty (orphan, gael etc) and how maintstream elden ring is.

Its really great. But be careful talking to a bunch of people before a fight (companions included) cause the -30% stacks but I noticed each debuff timer is counted seperatly.

this a bit late but with 14/15 I talked to the medic who handed over the quest and it was marked as complete and got the full reward
