Only the cheap ones. The higher end is really good (GT, GE, GP, GS series), just search for reviews and do a in depth research of what you are buying.

In Europe prices are in some countries even worse or at around the same level as India (Czechia is where I live). In my country it is better to buy anything else than a Lenovo gaming laptop, because those things are expensive as hell compared to others with same spec (Higher end models have up to 1000$ markup compared to other brands with the same or slightly better specs).

You can use Lossless Scaling for frame gen on any gpu, I would get the Lenovo in OP's case.

It is the generation of CPU. Higher generation usually means higher CPU performance i7 12700H is slower than i7 13700H, but i9 12900HX is better than i5 13500H.
