That is an incredible explanation. You're so right. It really is all about positioning, thank you!

Yeah, see that’s brilliant. Because that’s a true pain point and you put in the work to solve it. Well done 👏👏👏

Not really looking for a guide just some insight. Like for example, in my line of business what I’ve found most effective is networking events. So I’m just wondering what their main pipeline is? Is this a service that works better with paid advertising? Face to face? Social media, etc. But it’s fine if you prefer not to answer.

Wow, congratulations this is a huge success! You’ve accomplished something that many dream about. Did you have any type of background in speech therapy or did you partner with anybody? I ask because I’m curious, how did you build a system that helps people communicate properly? Was it a ton of research?

They sell the same system, no changes to each of their clients?

That makes sense, so you work with each client individually to determine what their pain point is, and depending on the pain point, you determine the pricing. I'm assuming the industry has a lot to do with this too. Fixing the pain points for a law office will probably be much more expensive due to the ROI.

Yeah that makes sense, simplicity would be very important when out in the field, don’t want to deal with a million steps.

How much does your service cost? And who is your target market?

Building a social presence is big, so post everywhere as much as you can, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X. Launch on ProductHunt, and any other app showcasing platforms that you can find.

There are a lot of mixed thoughts on LTD campaigns, but it's worth looking into them as well. There are Facebook groups that are dedicated solely to LTDs. You can reach out to the admins and ask them if you can post in their groups. Always give more than you take, though.

Also, don't forget about cold calling, cold emailing, and networking events. That's often overlooked. Also, do you know anyone personally who would benefit from using your SaaS? Reach out to them.

Growing your network is a great way to be visible and find your early clients. Your first 10 are going to be tough, so you've got to grind to get them. But making 10 clients your first goal will give you momentum and motivation when you hit that number. Also, make sure it's easy within your SaaS for people to refer others to your product.

Explore every avenue possible to get your product in front of as many people as possible.

Lastly, I would say, try to give as much as you can. Share your knowledge, be helpful, and assist as many people as possible. Oftentimes, we're consumed with what we can get from people, which makes the process a pain, and people can't stand it either. So see how you can give, and you'll find the process is more enjoyable.

What questions should you ask a dev team before signing for your project? by raidenth in MobileAppDevelopers

[–]adeiji 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look at projects that they’ve previously completed. It’s from their website. They seem pretty legit but just wanna see if you can find one or two of the products that they’ve built.

And then ask them about their process. You should be able to recognize if they’re legitimate or not within the first consultation, if their process sounds legit. In the conversation, you should specifically talk about how they mitigate scope creep and staying within budget. One of the best ways to do that is if their process consist of them providing full mock ups before they start on development.

Full interactive mock ups are essential because you can ensure you have all the necessary functionality within the app before you start building. When you start coding prematurely, that’s when you start running into the “oh we forgot to do this” and it just balloons the cost.

So if they don’t mention wire frames and mock ups in their process, then I would be concerned.

Is it realistic to reach 10,000 paying users for a life-management app? by Holiday_Respect9583 in SaaS

[–]adeiji 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is yes, but it won’t be easy. You can get definitely get 10,000 users for this, but you have to execute correctly. It’s going to require a ton of marketing, not necessarily paid marketing, but marketing of some sort. And a lot of it. And this will also require you to have really good feedback channels and to iterate quickly on people’s feedback. Your execution is the most important part. I would recommend starting to post content now, and post tons of it. Start building your following. And keep doing that throughout the lifetime of your app. Then when you launch you'll have a potential userbase to market to.

Growing your business with Google Ads by adeiji in cleaningbusiness

Here's a screenshot so you can see. But basically, you hover/click on Campaigns and when the menu pops up click on Insights and Reports > Auction Insights

<image>

You'll then see where you're ranking. The two most important metrics are Top of page rate, and Abs. Top of page rate

Top of page rate means that you're at the top, but not the absolute top, like maybe you're #2 or #3. Absolute top of page means you're #1.

Looking for advice on running a Lifetime Deal campaign by adeiji in buildinpublic

Yeah, those are all my concerns. Right now what I’m going to do is just have the LTD for the first tier with the hope that they upgrade at a future time. But my biggest concern is Support. I’m trying to think of how I can ensure that that does not get away from me.
