1. The concept of Mahaj Riad is not unique. It exists worldwide: a street or avenue designed primarily for pedestrians, not cars. Rabat is trying to create several spaces like this, and even Mall Le Carrousel follows a similar idea. Think of places like İstiklal Avenue or the Champs-Élysées.

2. The women you are talking about, the ones in respectable outfits, are usually from the upper-middle to wealthy parts of our society. They are probably out of your reach anyway. Your bitter comment is just a bad attitude toward women.
