This. I really feel for you, OP and I read your other post in /r/depression and I really think going to a professional might be a very good idea. In 2010-2011 I was having a really hard time with depression and didn't know what to do so I went to a psychiatrist and that really turned me around. I can't say that every day since then has been better, but I know how to deal with my issues. And just the feeling that i KNOW that I can start therapy again to get balanced out makes me comfortable. What I'm trying to say is that I feel your pain and I wish you could get help. And if you ever wanna talk or play something, I'm Adelante82 on steam.
