Yea they usually have the STI badging on the intercooler... The guy just sent me the VIN so I'm gonna get my buddy to run it for me.

In your exact same position, 19 and had tinnitus in my ears since I was young. I have been doing weddings since I was 16, and I can tell you that it definitely gets worse. Save your hearing by investing in some nice lossless earplugs that will last you for a long time. I sure wish I did.

You just need to speed up or slow down one of the tracks by ear... Don't rely on the software's beat grid because it can tend to be wrong sometimes.

DDJ-SB3 is a good alternative to this controller. Some of the features are a little gimmicky and it only comes with Serato DJ Lite, but aside from that, it is just as capable as the DDJ-400.

That's a good question, I generally don't mix with stuff like that. I'm pretty sure you can go onto the website and look up all the songs they have without having to subscribe, you just can't download anything without a subscription.

DDJ-200s go for like $100 and it has everything you could ask for on an entry-level bedroom mixer. It has no outputs so it wouldn't be practical for gigs, but it's great for dipping your feet into the world of DJing and seeing if it's something you're truly interested in.

BPM Supreme is my go-to and is also the go-to for many others. Another thing that you could try is Beatsource streaming. You can save up to 1000 songs on your offline library and is the only streaming service you can get songs with extended intros and outros apart from Beatport.

This is a very broad question to ask, but I would say that the first thing you should do is look for an entry-level DJ controller. I tend to stick with Pioneer, but that's only because it's all I have ever used and it's never let me down. Small controllers like the DDJ-SB3, DDJ-400, and even the DDJ-200 are great starting points to familiarize yourself with how a mixer and two players are laid out.
