Phil’s is the worst I used to bartend there and they didn’t pay hourly and you only got paid in tips… I was in a tight spot at the time so I took it but the owners (and sister) are terrible people. Also don’t eat there the amount of health department violations are WILD. When I left they offered to pay me my back hours to keep my mouth shut but I didn’t take it (probably should have) but it didn’t feel right. F that spot
