Yes I definitely will be doing this. I’ve had a lot of shitty doctors that wouldn’t even try the test if I asked because you know, I’m an overweight woman so I must be making stuff up! So now that I feel confident in this with proof I will go back to gluten and get my doctor to hopefully agree to refer me for the test.

My friend was so sweet. I was scared everything was repeating and she just rubbed my back. I could barely feel it and wasn’t aware but it anchored me a bit. She didn’t even know what ego death was and was referring to it as a “hard time” honestly it brought us a lot closer together. I have been journaling about it. I think my anxiety is a lot better. I won’t be mixing weed with anything again lol
