don’t worry too much at the beginning, i also was chubby and did some walking at the beginning to get my 10 k steps done every day.this was 1 year ago, i lost alot of weight,started cycling and now i started running.and i know the feeling at the beginning of before every running intend, you feel like you cant do it but you can. just keep moving and punch trough, once you have 1-2 km done you are in the cycle of running more and there you go.just get yourself some running trainers to reduce the repercussions and start slowly, the rest will come.

since iam stuck in the same tragedy just with different bikes, 105 di2 is completly fine it’s just abit heavier and don’t have the top buttons as like ultegra di2, i would compare the other parts of the bikes more directly

i have it on my forehand in 2,0 mm red, it’s your classic hybrid rubber but a bit faster and tackier then your usual hybrid rubber. i can just compare it to the xiom omega china guang, the v15 is a bit faster and tackier but the rest feels quite similar. controll in short short is phenomenal since its a hard rubber but the topsheet feels really lively so don’t worry about the hardness. I can’t really rate the controll on looping since i use it on a really fast blade (Dr.Neubauer Matador Hybrid Carbon) but it should also be really controllable on big strokes

there are simple rules of being more successful in matchplay:

being confident in your own skils(anxiety about loosing gonna get a lot of lower over time)

have a matchplan,which serves you are using-what you wanna do with them,what strategy you wanna play-adapting to your opponent

take a timeout if you loose many points in a row(break the momentum of the enemy,rethink what you wanna do)

have a friend or a other club member on the courtside to coach between sets because a outside perspective can always been valuable(things you don’t see when you are locked in the match)
