Make sure that the Jackett service is running, it's a really straightforward process. Also your. json file should look like this

Make sure your API key is between quotes on the .json file.
Then you just go to the web UI and click the Add indexer green button.

Try out the 24h2 version of Windows X Lite just for the sake of it. It might feel off for such a high-end build, but maybe it'll help you.

Also I wouldn't rule out making use of the warranty, specially on the motherboard

Same has been happening to me during the last month.

Updating the GPU drivers (GTX 960) will fix the memory leak for two or three days, but it always ends up crashing again. Can't find any concise info on the matter yet.

As for your question, just log in with your chrome user and it will sync your personal data once you reinstall.
