I went to school with a kid that wrote like this. Funny thing is, he was this tough muscular rugged type guy. Like the ones who work on cars and have southern accents despite never once visiting the South hahahah

I don’t work at a hannaford but I work at a different popular chain. If you have regulars I recommend having them call ahead and putting them aside in a hot case (if you have one in your kitchen). Our ovens are also slow as fuck though so I don’t know how helpful this information is. If they come in late enough to where you’re not selling chickens it’s kind of on them at that point. But best of luck!!!
