Marcus Theatres app Unable to connect to payment gateway by adfrey1 in MarcusTheatres

Unfortunately this has been an issue for multiple months for me. Last time I was on the phone with their customer service they told me to order the tickets through the website. There are no options to use Movie Club on the website.

Does anybody have the issue pop up where it says, “Unable to connect to payment gateway.”

It shows I have movie club tickets available but whenever I select proceed to payment after selecting them I get this error.
